Abstract: This research is looking at the association between suicidal tendencies and the highest amount of alcohol consumed in one night. After running multiple statistical tests, a very strong association was found, with more drinks being associated with higher rates of suicidal tendencies. Multiple confounding variables were tested and controlled for, and strong associations were found between all three additional variables and suicidal tendencies. While the policy implications are currently unclear, there is a strong association that can hopefully help doctors with diagnoses.
